A new URB banking experience is coming soon!

 

In an effort to better serve our customers, United Republic Bank will be upgrading our banking technology for both consumer and business accounts on October 8th, 2018.

The new platforms will offer an improved user experience as well as enhanced capabilities and features that make banking with us that much better.

 

Bank Hours

The Bank will be closed on Saturday, October 6th and Monday, October 8th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, October 9th. 

 

System Downtime & Special Statement Notice

Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be in view-only mode from 5 p.m. CST on Friday, October 5th until 9 a.m. on Monday, October 8th.

Notice: A special statement cycle will be run on October 5th for all checking and savings accounts only.

eStatements and images will not be immediately available for viewing once the new system is live on October 8th. You will be able to view your usual account activity, however, if you need additional information, please give us a call. 

 

 First Time Log In Instructions & Passwords

Once the new system is live on Monday, October 8th you can simply login using your current username and password. All current login information will carry over to the new system.

Once logged into the new system, you will need to set up your account alerts. These will not carry over.

 

Change to Cutoff Time

Our Online Banking cutoff time will be moving from 6 p.m. to 5 p.m. effective October 9th, 2018. Any transactions posted after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day. 

 

Bill Pay Users

Bill Pay will be unavailable from 5 p.m. CST on Friday, October 5th until 9 a.m. on Monday, October 8th.

Scheduled payments in Bill Pay will be processed as usual. However, if you need to schedule a new bill payment with a deliver-by date of October 6th or 7th, please enter that payment into Bill Pay no later than the end of the day October 4th to ensure a timely delivery.

Payee information and scheduled payments will carry over to the new system. 

 

Check Orders

We will begin using Main Street Checks for your check orders.  The next time you are ready to reorder checks please call a Personal Banker at 402-505-8500.
